As a partner, how do I upgrade to an enterprise plan for a client?
You can upgrade the plan by following these steps:
For a new client,
- Create a Stella account for this client and add this partner code: SANUKERINCLIMITED during your registration.
- Please email support@stellabot.com to request for an enteprise plan quotation and tell us the Stella organization name of this client.
- We will share with you a quotation for your confirmation.
- Once you have returned the signed copy of the quotation, we will grant access and let you manage your client app under your Stella account.
For an existing client,
- Please email support@stellabot.com to request for an enteprise plan quotation and tell us the Stella organization name of this client.
- We will share with you a quotation for your confirmation.
- Once you have returned the signed copy of the quotation, we will upgrade your existing client subscription to enterprise plan.
Please note that you will not be able to manage the subscription on the partner portal directly once your client has been upgraded.
