Can I change the display name of the WhatsApp number?

Yes, you could change the display name for your WhatsApp number.

If your WABA is created with embedded signup, you should be able to access the WhatsApp Manager and edit the display name of your number.

If the new display name is approved, you could reconnect the number in order to change the new display name in Stella.

Please refer to the Stella documentation here for more details on edit the display name.

If the display name is rejected few times by WhatsApp, you could submit a ticket to our Stella Support team and we could submit an appeal to WhatsApp.

Please also submit a ticket to contact Stella Support team to change the display name if you are not using the embedded signup.
