Can we send buttons on WhatsApp?

The button function is now supported on the WhatsApp template message. You will need to submit the message for WhatsApp approval in Stella before using the button template (Select Quick Reply for payload button and Call to Action for a website or phone number).

If you are using the quick reply button, you will also need to set the payload trigger for the button and matched it with the response as well.
