• Where I should input the attachment ID when creating a template?

  You only need to add the attachment ID when sending the approved template, no need to add the attachment ID when creating the template.

• If we incorporate button templates within the chatbot flow, will there be a template message charge?

  There will be no template message charge if the template is used in the chatbot flow, as the message is sent within a 24-hour window (initiated by the user).

• Can we check if the template have reach the limit ?

  Currently, there is no portal to check how many quotas are left for template messages. You could make your own record on the message sent or just send until the limit is reached.

• How do we set up multimedia (Video/Image/Document) in WhatsApp template?

  You could select Media in the Header when you are creating a WhatsApp template in Channels.  Please also select a media type and add a sample for WhatsApp approval. Please refer to our documentation here on how to submit a WhatsApp template message.
