Facebook said our message tag (account_update) has violated their Messenger Developer Policies relating to message tag usage, what can I do?
After checking with the technical team, your Facebook App is using the "account update" tab for live chat, so it does not comply with Facebook's policy.
We can change the tab to "Human agent" tab for live chat. However, since this is a beta feature, you will need to apply with Facebook at this link to select your Facebook business account and submit the relevant details. Please let us know if your application is successful and we will update the tag.
If your application is unsuccessful, you can also switch to our public Stella App, as we are using the new "Human agent" tab. Please note that if you use the Stella App, you can only view the Page but not the data of the standalone app on Facebook.
