How much is your WhatsApp Business API?

The price of each WhatsApp channel (WABA) is US$99 per month (paid by credit card only). The monthly subscription will start after activating the WhatsApp channel (deploy the WhatsApp server).

For new users, you could add a WhatsApp channel when you select your subscription plan during your setup:

1. Sign up a Stella account at https://build.stellabot.com/setup 

2. Fill in your Organization Name

2. Choose your plan (On-Demand/ Reserved)

3. Edit your pending WhatsApp channel amount in Additional Items section and click Confirm

For existing subscription, please edit the number of WhatsApp pending channel in the subscription page:

1. Go to Settings and select Subscription in Billing

2. Click Change Subscription

3. Edit your pending WhatsApp channel amount in Additional Items section and click Confirm

WhatsApp Deposit Top-up Settings

If you would like to send a template message, please add a deposit to your account. Please refer here for the pricing of template messages.

1. Go to Settings and select Subscription in Billing

2. Click Top-up Settings 

3. Select your deposit amount and click Confirm

Please note when the deposit drops below 20% of the beginning deposit amount, a fixed amount will be made automatically to ensure the continuity of your service.
