We send the responses to WhatsApp in the sequence of the response given. However, we cannot ensure WhatsApp's sending sequence to users as WhatsApp does not provide a way to ensure the sending order.
Here are some suggestions you can take to prevent the sequence issue.
- Combine all the steps into one response
- Delay messages in between the sequences. This would take around 1 minute between each message, please click here for more details. - Try to use the file size of the image to control the sequence (i.e. 100 kb for step 1, 200kb for step 2, etc)
