Agent management


Agents 

The agent's management page allows the admin to set the role of agents, thus controlling the actions they can perform on Stella Inbox. Any newly added agents will be assigned the default role set using this page.

New Agents

New agents are added by 2 means, user listing using Microsoft Graph API, or by agents responding to clients on Teams. New agents will be assigned the default role set in Stella Inbox.

User Listing using Microsoft Graph API

User Listing using Microsoft Graph API requires additional privileges to be granted to Stella Inbox by the admin in order to use the functionalities. Admins can start using this feature by clicking “Update User List” on the page to go to the user update page.

Add Agents using Microsoft Graph API-




Admin has to log in using their Microsoft account and grant required privileges to Stella Inbox first. Admin will be redirected back to this page after the OAuth2 Authorization flow is completed.

Then admin can choose to list all Microsoft users of the organization as agents of Stella Inbox by choosing “Fetch all user’s information” on the left. Or import users from specific MS Teams teams using “Fetch users of specific teams only”. If the admin chooses to import users from specific teams into Stella Inbox, users in selected teams listed will be imported after choosing “Fetch”

If agents are imported successfully, admins will be redirected back to the Agent Management page.
