How to use the Completed assignment page in Dashboard

Completed Assignment

Completed Assignment page shows completed live chat sessions.

Basic live chat information displayed on ticket card includes: 

  1. Client Name
  2. Handled Agent name
  3. Message Platform
  4. Number of Agents Involved
  5. Status
  6. Client Live Chat Session Rating
  7. Live Chat Initiation Time and End Time 

 Completed Assignment 




Completed Assignment Details Users can click on live chat tickets to open live chat details panel to see details.

Detail information includes:

  1. Live Chat Session Start to End Time
  2. Client Name
  3. Agent Names
  4. Message Channel Name with Platform
  5. Language
  6. Ticket Status
  7. Number of Agents Involved
  8. Client Tags
  9. Chat Duration
  10. Client Live Chat Session Rating
  11. Client Comment
  12. Client Phone Number and WABA ID (WhatsApp)
  13. Facebook Page ID (Facebook)

User can click “HISTORY” to goto conversation history of the client on Stella. “GO TO THREAD” redirects agent to the conversation in Teams.
