I am the admin but why cannot access to the access control panel in Slack inbox?
Please note only the Super Admin can access the Access Control Panel and the Admin Panel.
The admin can only access the Admin Panel while the Channel member unable to access any of them.
The member who installs the Stella Inbox will be the Super Admin. Please check with the Super Admin and grant the access.
