The chatbot replies different responses occasionally when I types the same text. How do I fix this?

You may follow the steps below to fix your issue:

  1. Type the text again.
  2. Head to "Members" on the top bar.
  3. Filter by channel and find the affected user.
  4. Click on "Details" and see which node the member is in.
  5. Repeat Step 1 until you see the second type of response.
  6. Repeat Steps 2-4.
  7. Head to the two nodes and check if they are sharing the same trigger.
  8. Change the trigger or lower one of the node's priorities.
