The Template Message is already pending for an hour, is there any issue?

If the template message is submitted, WhatsApp might auto-review (usually within minutes) or pass it to a human to do a manual review (this will take 1 - 2 days).

The status will show Pending (in yellow) during the review. When the template message is approved or rejected by WhatsApp (by human or their AI), the template message status will be automatically updated to green (Approved) or red (Rejected). 

Therefore, please check the status again after 1-2 days if it is passed to undergo a manual review.
