What is the difference between On-Demand and Reserved plans?
On-Demand plans
Enjoy pay-as-you-grow on monthly active users, you will only pay according to the number of Monthly Active Users (MAUs) of your chatbots.
Reserved plans
Pick a reserved plan to enjoy the discounts, you will pay according to the price tier selected monthly.
The price for each reserved plan tier:
- All your plans start immediately. You will be billed from [Today's Date i.e. 24 August 2020] to the end of [Today's Month + Year August 2020] and on the first day of each month after.
- Stella subscriptions will auto-renew monthly until the subscription is cancelled.
- If you cancel anytime in the month, you will still need to pay until the end of the month.
