When will my credit card be charged?

For On-Demand plans, you will pay according to the number of Monthly Active Users (MAUs) of your chatbots on the first day of each month.

For Reserved plans, you will be charged immediately after you have confirmed your subscription plan. It will be billed pro-rata from Today’s Date [i.e. 3 June 2021] to the end of that Month [i.e. 30 June 2021]. And then you will pay according to the price tier selected (i.e. US$99) on the first day of each month.

If you have added a WhatsApp channel, you will be charged the monthly subscription (i.e. US$99)  only when you have completed the WABA onboarding and deployed the WhatsApp server.

Please note the Stella subscriptions will auto-renew monthly until the subscription is canceled. In addition, if you cancel anytime in the month, you will still need to pay until the end of the month.
