Where can I check the details of low quality rating?

1.  You could check the quality rating and Insights of the phone number in the WhatsApp Manager of FB business at https://business.facebook.com/settings/whatsapp-business-accounts/

2, Click the Settings of the phone number and go to Insights 

3. You could check the Last 30 Day Quality section for the quality rating of your number and take it as a reference. The quality rating is updated daily, please check what message is sent on that day for the low rating quality.
