Where can I create new Facebook Business Manager?

There are 2 methods to create a new Facebook Business Manager.

1. You could create a Business Manager in Facebook business at https://business.facebook.com/overview.

2. Use Embedded Signup in Stella to create a Facebook Manager and a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)
