Why can't the answer for a FAQ question show?
There could be 2 reasons why the FAQ chatbot does not display the answer.
1. The Parse JSON option is not toggled on, so the Keyword Group in the data source will be displayed as below (with \) and could not be matched in the FAQ chatbot.
The Keyword Group should be displayed as below if the Parse JSON option is toggled on. Please toggle on the Parse JSON button when importing a data source to convert text inside the field into a computer-readable programming code for the FAQ chatbot.
2. The quotation mark is in another format/ Unicode, as seen in the below screenshot the quotation mark format is different in the csv data sources, so the keyword group could not display as expected after import.
Please check your csv datasource again and use " for the quotation mark.
