Why couldn't my Slack channel receive the ticket?

Please check if you completed the following steps:
  1. If you are using your own Slack app, please check if all permissions are selected in Slack.
  2. Please check if the Stella app added the Slack ticketing channel and the label in the preaction matches with the one in the broadcast group. Please click here for more details.
  3. Please check if the broadcast group is added to the channel. Please input the label in preaction as "default" if you would like to use the default button.
  4. Please check if the pairing channel is added in settings.
