Why is there no response when I click the Get Started button?

Why is there no response when I click the Get Started button?

Please check if you followed the steps below when setting up the Get Started button.

  1. Set the payload for the Get Started Button to be "GET_STARTED" in the "Channel".
  2. Click the global node for entering the chatbot on Stella bot builder
  3. Add the 'payload" of "GET_STARTED" in the trigger of the global node

  4. Toggle "redirect" on the global node to a tree node with the response for "Get Started" button.

  5. Click "Channel" on Stella bot builder and head to the "Tree" add the global node with the "GET_STARTED" to this section.
