Why is there no response when I click the Get Started button?
Please check if you followed the steps below when setting up the Get Started button.
- Set the payload for the Get Started Button to be "GET_STARTED" in the "Channel".
- Click the global node for entering the chatbot on Stella bot builder
- Add the 'payload" of "GET_STARTED" in the trigger of the global node
- Toggle "redirect" on the global node to a tree node with the response for "Get Started" button.
- Click "Channel" on Stella bot builder and head to the "Tree" add the global node with the "GET_STARTED" to this section.
