Will the plural form of keywords affects the FAQ search? i.e. wolf and wolves
It will be treated as 2 different words for the FAQ search if there is a change of word form, therefore please add both "wolf" and "wolves" in the same keywords group if you would like to search both forms in the FAQ.
If the plural form of the keyword is just added -s or -es to the singular form, only need to add the singular keyword to the datasource. For example, "product" and "products", since "product" is already included in the word "products", so only need to add "product" in the keywords group, and it will be matched when users input "products".
