Can we change the order of the buttons in each approved WhatsApp Template Message?
No. The order of the interactive template buttons is defined when requesting the template, so we cannot change the order after it has been approved. However, the payload of a quick reply button, or the parameters for a dynamic website URL in a call-to-action button, can be modified when sending the template.
