Could we restart the WhatsApp server by ourselves?

Yes, the restart WhatsApp server option is only available in build.stellabot.com and will apply to the API path with "waserver".

When your WABA has error #1011: Server not ready, #1014: Internal error or unable to send/receive message even though the health is "Connected", you can try to restart the server with this method. The restart will normally take 5-10 mins to complete.


* Please note that restart server will lead to service downtime and frequent restart is definitely not recommended.
* You need to first "Unlock" this feature by entering your Stella password.
