How to pick tickets from the dashboard

Ticket Picking

First login to the dashboard. In the Dashboard, there are pending tickets of clients.

When there is an incoming live chat request, Stella Inbox will emit a notification to users. When the notification is received, a new live chat notification will be shown. Agents can press the notification to refresh the page to get latest live chat data.




Now pick a ticket of a client from pending tickets.





After picking the ticket you will be redirect to teams inbox A new live chat session with the client will be created at the live chat channel and a notification message will be sent to the inbox thread. You can now able to reply from the thread by calling @stella inbox.
