I am using command on Inbox channel, why is it not working?

When a user has an active live chat ticket in ticketing channel, any command used on inbox channel will be triggered on that live chat ticket directly. No message will be displayed on the inbox channel.

To find the live chat ticket, search the member ID on Teams search bar, and locate the ticketing channel. This is the ticket you should reply to.

We strongly suggest you not to use command on live chat channel, unless you would like to actively toggle live chat with user (#Toggle_Livechat) , or sending WhatsApp Templated Message (#Send_Template_Message).
