How to Add Notes to the Client information
Agents can add notes in the client information card generated as the first message of live chat and inbox threads. The note added is only visible on Teams.
This is a message thread command.
Trigger
Call Stella Inbox in Teams by mentioning it. Select #Note command in Teams for the command or type the command directly.
@Stella Inbox #Note
Result
Stella Inbox will return an adaptive card for user to update notes saved.
After updating notes inside, click “Save”. Stella Inbox will return note updated notification and update the notes shown in inbox thread and current live chat thread.
