How to switch on Live Chat

Toggle Live Chat

This command allows agents to toggle live chat with the client of the inbox thread. You can start the ended live chats of a client again by toggling live chat.

Command

Call Stella Inbox in Teams by mentioning it. Select #Toggle_Livechat command in Teams for the command or type the command directly.

@Stella Inbox #Toggle_Livechat




Result

A channel selection card will be returned by Stella Inbox to choose the live chat channel to create live chat session at.

Choose a live chat channel. A new live chat session with the client will be created at the live chat channel and a notification message will be sent to the inbox thread. You can now able to reply from the thread by calling @stella inbox.
