How to Transfer Live Chat

Transfer Live Chat

This command allows agents to transfer active live chat sessions to another live chat channel. 
This is a messaging thread command.

Command

Call Stella Inbox in Teams by mentioning it. Select #Transfer command in Teams for the command or type the command directly.
@Stella Inbox #Transfer




Result

A channel selection card will be returned by Stella Inbox to choose the live chat channel to transfer live chat session to.

Choose a live chat channel. A new live chat session with the client will be created at the live chat channel and a notification message will be sent to the old live chat thread.
